What Exactly Is Boost Your Bust?

Boost Your Bust ReviewBoost Your Bust is a 57-page online book (an ebook) that gives you step by step instructions on how to increase the size of your breasts using a variety of techniques.  In this review I will cover the basics of what these techniques are so you know what to expect, but I won’t be exposing the system here because that would be unfair to the author of this guide.

Here’s what’s inside Boost Your Bust. The following list was written based on the content of the book, not the content of the sales page that promotes the book:

- A full scientific explanation of how to stimulate the growth of your boobs even if you’re out of the “growth stage” of your life

  • The best massages, creams, exercises, diet adjustments for breast growth
  • How to save money by creating your own boob growth creams at home
  • How to avoid the potential side effects (like mood swings) of these strategies
  • Keeping your new boobs at their increased size
  • A very detailed regiment for how to do it all

After writing this list for my review just now, I checked the website again to compare the contents of the book to the sales pitch and it’s actually very accurately represented on the website.

What are the BAD THINGS about Boost Your Bust?

At first impression it may seem like a lot of the information in Boost Your Bust is nothing groundbreaking.  It seems like advice you’ve heard before.  But you’ll probably only feel this way if you skim through it without reading it – once I read it I liked it a lot more.

I would have liked to see some before and after pictures of the women who provided testimonials or from Jenny herself, but their desire for privacy is probably one of the main reasons why nobody has supplied testimonials.

What are the GOOD THINGS about Boost Your Bust?

Jenny put a lot of research into this book and it shows.  Boost Your Bust is not just a bunch of fluff and common knowledge.  It really contains a lot of valuable information that you can use to stimulate the growth of your boobs just like a bodybuilder can stimulate the growth of their muscles (which is a comparison she makes in the book.)

There is a great section on how to make your boobs look bigger using a variety of strategies that do not include stuffing your bra.  It’s all in Chapter 3 – The Cheat Sheet to Making Your Breasts Look Bigger.

I really don’t think the website and the book cover do justice to the book itself.  The website looks amateurish and the book cover looks like it was designed by a kindergarten student, but the book itself is actually much more professional.

The book was also very nicely laid out and easy to read.  I mention this because I have reviewed over 20 books and a lot of them are poorly put together.  Boost Your Bust is full of nice pictures, well-written English, and easy-to-follow directions.

One last thing I should mention…

When I bought the book it came with a bunch of bonuses that I don’t even remember seeing promoted on the web site.  The bonus ebooks that came with Boost Your Bust are:

-> Caring for your Hair (This was my favorite)
-> Stretch Mark Prevention and Treatment

None of these were mentioned on the website for Boost Your Bust so it was a pleasant surprise to have received them after paying for only one book.

Overall, What Do I Think?

Boost Your Bust is without a doubt the best natural breast enlargement guide I have seen (and I have reviewed a couple others.)  I would honestly recommend it as a valuable purchase to anyone who desires to grow their breast size naturally.

As I mentioned before, the solution in Boost Your Bust is basically a combination of herb extracts, massage, and very simple exercise.  My personal belief is that the well-explained massage section of the book (which is only one page long) is actually the main reason women have had success with the Boost Your Bust system.

Yes, I recommend Boost Your Bust.

If you are a small breasted woman and you are dying to feel sexy and full-chested, here are some quick tips on how to get a bigger bust. These are not tips on how to grow bigger boobs, just tips on how to make your boobs look bigger:

Padded bra.  Probably the most obvious thing in the world.  Spend the money and get yourself a high quality padded push up bra from Victoria’s Secret.

Wear two bras.  Lots of women wear more than one bra to make their boobs look bigger.  Give it a try!

Use Makeup.  Get a dark powder foundation and brush it between your cleavage.  This will create a dark crevice that gives the illusion of bigger breats.  A great trick!

Wear stripes.  Horizontal stripes will excentuate the curve of your breasts and make them look at lot bigger than they actually are.  Combine this a tight, thick sweater and your boobs will look two cup sizes bigger in no time.

It is possible to get a bigger bust by doing some simple chest exercises.  If you firm up the muscles under the chest just a little, your boobs will stick out more and look perkier.  It doesn’t even take much time to do and you aren’t going to looks “muscular” by doing this (unless you do it way too much, in which case your boobs end up looking smaller.)

All of the following exercises should be done with moderate resistance.  If you lift too light you are going to feel a little stronger, maybe burn some calories, but you’re not going to develop any size in the muscles under your boobs.  If you lift too heavy, you’re liable to hurt yourself.

Moderate resistance means that you can comfortably do about 10 reps with the weight you are pushing. If you are comfortable doing 30+ reps before you feel tired, you’re lifting too light.  If you can only do 2-3, too heavy.  Aim for 10.

 

Exercises to boost your bust

Bench Press.  The bench press is an exercise that seems to always be associated with bulky men and it’s not something you see women doing too much of.  But it’s a great way to firm up your pectoral muscles and make your boobs bigger.

Pushups from your knees.  Don’t think I need to describe this too much :)

Incline flies.  Lie on your back on a bench at about a 45 degree angle (shoulders above the waist)
